Wordpress LScache Plugin: How to let other user roles clear cache
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, In the linked website my customer has a shop manager account. I would like them to be able to purge cache, as sometimes they make changes are not visible, therefore they contact me each time. Is it possible? Thanks, Kevin The page I need help with: https://toldosserrano.com/ There is no specific way to assign user roles the ability to purge the cache, but there is a workaround. You can enter the shop managers IP address in the sites LiteSpeed Cache > Settings > Debug > Admin IPs and then give the shop manager this query string: ?LSCWP_CTRL=PURGE They can add that string to the end of any URL on your site, and the page will be purged, along with its related categories, tags, etc., as set in the sites LiteSpeed Cache > Settings > Purge > Auto Purge Rules For Publish/Update settings. There are other commands besides PURGE that you might find useful to pass along to your customer, and theyre explained here: https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscwp:information:admin-ip-commands Just be aware that their IP must be listed as an Admin IP for these commands to work. Hope this helps!
