Wordpress LScache Plugin: How to know if plugin is working?

In the wordpress dashboard of one site there are always notifications about certain pages being purged successfully. The other website (shvideos.net) never has these notifications showing. Is that a sign it is not working correctly? Maybe i should point out the 2 sites use different themes.
