Hello everyone, I had some issues with the plugin (and cache) that prevent some functions from working properly. In response, I wanted to seek help who would investigate but the plugin does not allow them to enter the page to clear the plugin. Is there a way to provide access, please? Thank you. Hi, you mean like allow non-admin to purge cache ? Best regards, Hello, Yes, that is true All the best Hi, please try this addon plugin Best regards, Hello, Thank you very much for your advice! Can I please ask you an additional question? If I want to grant access to the technician who knows my login details but accesses from the different PC (and IP), what role should I grant the access to? I have installed the plugin but Im not sure what option actually gives access. I hope it makes sense. Thanks! Best I am not sure if I understand the question here. if you just want to grant him purge all , any role you assign to him , and then set that role in addon setting will do it if you give him editor , then choose editor in setting if you give him shop-manaaer (if your site is Woo ) , then choose shop manager in setting ?etc and so on My bad, Ill try to explain again but maybe Im just making things too complicated What Im trying to say is that the person trying to purge all wants to do that from my account, which is the administrator, therefore should have the option regardless of whom I give the access. However, it seems like the person is prohibited due to logging in from a different PC and IP address (my assumption). I tried to give access to the editor so maybe it will help as the lower positions will have access. Hopefully, it will work. I may get back to you regarding the results. Thanks for your help! Hi, well , the login thing is not really related to cache plugin support. however, if you just want to give someone to purge the cache , the simplest way create a php file in your same , at same directory as where your wp-config.php file is , name it like purge.php add with code below :
