If you are using hosting provider, check with him that too. They can activate it on the server level. Hello! LiteSpeed Cache is probably being installed and activated by your hosting provider. If you dont want to use LSCache, leave it installed but de-activate it. Or, contact your hosting provider and ask them to flag your site.
