Wordpress LScache Plugin: High RAM and CPU usage

I have 4GB RAM and it is always running at over 90% when the plugin is enabled. I am running on business cloud hosting and my host is reliable. My host has told me to disable the plugin causing the problem because it keeps taking my site offline. I am certain it is your plugin causing the issue because every time the CPU/RAM is at 100%, and I disabled the plugin they drop to below 20%. I have tried resetting to the default settings and even turned off every feature/functionality but the issue did not go away. When the CPU/RAM is running at 100%, I can fix the issue by clicking the option to purge all CSS/JS cache. I have tried disabling all the cron jobs but it did not help.
