Wordpress LScache Plugin: HTTP Error 500

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Hi there! I just installed this plugin at the suggestion of my web host and as soon as I hit Activate, boom, HTTP error and I can no longer access my admin panel. Ive deleted the plugin folder, removed the lines from the .htaccess and still cant get there. I renamed my plugins folder, cleared all cache and still nothing. What else is there that could be causing the problem? Thanks! Do you have access to any logs? 500 is an internal server error, so there may be some logs that explain what the issue is. What control panel does your web host use? cPanel, Plesk, etc. Kevin My server admin found and removed the issues below: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected , expecting , or ) in /home/site/public_html/wp-config.php on line 56 PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected , expecting , or ) in /home/site/public_html/wp-config.php on line 56 I apologize if thats not related to the plugin but the last thing I did was activate it. Either way, its working again now that those problems were fixed. I see. Unfortunately, unless you can get more information about what was at that line, we wont be able to determine if it is related to our plugin. We apologize for any complications that this may have caused, but we do hope that youll be willing to give us another chance sometime Thanks! All I was told was that there were invalid lines added to my config file and that caused me the HTTP errors. I wish I could be more helpful but I thank you for your time and the plugin, it is highly recommended by my host. EDIT: I reinstalled and now, for whatever reason, it works fine. I dont know what the difference is honestly but its working great! Good to hear that everything is working! Let us know if you run into any problems Kevin
