Wordpress LScache Plugin: Gtmetrix says minimize the redirect chain if possible

You can see it at https://gtmetrix.com/reports/nepalisongdownload.com/hLDji6rP I get these redirects only when Litespeed Cache is enabled. Once I purge all caches, then I get A score without any redirects and only 32 requests. But after enabling the plugin again, i get the same error and my requests go up to 151 making my site slower. most of the redirects are pixel sized images at pubmatic.com. Please help, how can I deal with this?
