Wordpress LScache Plugin: Gt Matrix says slower when litespeed is activated

But I now notice that when litespeed is deactivated my GT matrix score is higher than with it on. I get this notification in my WP dashboard when I activate litespeed Purged all caches successfully. ERROR 9010: Failed to back up .htaccess file, aborted changes.
