Wordpress LScache Plugin: Gravity Forms file upload issue
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi team Litespeed, Thanks for a great plugin! Were running into an issue with using the File upload feature in the Gravity Forms plugin not working when the Litespeed plugin is enabled. Here is some additional information to hopefully help with troubleshooting this: 1) Even if you completely disable all caching in the Litespeed settings and switch every setting to Off in all of the setting tabs the issue still occurs. Even if Enable LiteSpeed Cache is disabled. The issue only resolves when I disable the Litespeed plugin itself. 2) The image in the form submission is uploaded successfully to the server, its just that the redirect which is used in the link in the form submission does not redirect to the file and instead results in a blank square (screenshot). When the Litespeed plugin is disabled it successfully redirects to the image file (screenshot). 3) This is happening when all other plugins are disabled and using a default WordPress theme. Gravity Forms and Litespeed are the only two plugins activated. Again, this is occurring when all caching settings/optimization settings are turned off. It only goes away when the Litespeed plugin is deactivated. I see there was another thread with this same issue opened a while ago but there was no resolution: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/lightspeed-cache-interfering-with-gravity-forms-file-upload/ Many thanks, John Hi @smashballoon, could you try to turn ON Debug > Disable All Features to see does it help? Wed like to check does it related to .htaccess setting. Hi @smashballoon, Do you still need help with this? If so, please let us know what happens when you disable all of LiteSpeeds features. Im going to mark this topic Resolved for now, but will re-open it if we hear from you again. Thanks! @stanleylitespeed, @lclarke ? thanks for your responses. Sorry for the delayed response on my part ? due to the Thanksgiving holiday I wasnt available to test this until now. After enabling the Disable All Features setting the issue no longer occurs. Please let me know the next steps I can take to troubleshoot this. Many thanks, John Thanks for the update, could you please join our Slack channel or submit a ticket here for helping us to reproduce the bug, thanks! Sure, Ive submitted a support ticket at that link. Thanks! @smashballoon @lclarke I have a client who is experiencing the same issue. What was the fix? Thanks in advance
