Wordpress LScache Plugin: Google autocomplete + contact form 7 issues

It may be an order of operations type problem? But can add custom code and resolve if necessary, just looking for guidance or if anyone else has come across this problem. We have a lot of the cache/optimization settings on like defer js, combine js, etc. so this may need a custom solution and as long as it doesnt get clobbered on updates we can make changes.
