Wordpress LScache Plugin: Getting 404 errors for litespeed JS and CSS
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hello Team, I am getting 404 error reports for multiple JS and CSS files from litespeed https://www.golinuxcloud.com/wp-content/litespeed/cssjs/b1e98.js https://www.golinuxcloud.com/wp-content/litespeed/cssjs/15ffe.css https://www.golinuxcloud.com/wp-content/litespeed/cssjs/e62c5.js And many such similar files Why am I getting these 404 errors? Best regards, Hello, Thanks for the quick response I tried those steps and re-ran the scan but SEMRush is still reporting the 404 errors even after Purge All Do I also need to clear Cloudflare CDN cache? I just accessed with Chrome and it loads fine , do you have any pattern that can reproduce the issue ? or is it only that tool reports issue ? Best regards, Hello, I also have not faced any issue as such and nor have I seen any error in google search console I only get this error reported from SEMRush tool But I never got this error with earlier version of LiteSpeed Cache. This is happening only after 3.X update. Regards Deepak Hi, What if you disable CSS combine/minify JS combine/minify purge all and test again ? Best regards, Hello, I turned off CSS and JSS minify and combine followed by Purge All and that also didnt helped instead the tool was reporting more number of 404 errors Then I re-enabled minify+combine of JS and CSS turned on development mode in cloudflare cdn Next ran the tool and now the tool does not report any of those 404 error I dont understand the root cause here? Regards Deepak Hi, I am not sure , what if you export your current setting , reset to default and only enable JS/CSS combine and Cache ?> Purge ?> set Purge(Serve) Stale to OFF , does the error still happen ?
