Wordpress LScache Plugin: Generate critical CSS makes the homepage looks weird.

Pagespeed insights tell me to Eliminate render-blocking resources. I thought using critical CSS would help. Ive tried setting Load CSS Asynchronously, Generate Critical CSS and Generate Critical CSS In Background to ON and OFF. However the result on Pagespeed insights are just about the same no matter teh settings. Low I left those three settings to OFF/ON/ON. Can Litespeed cache improve the results on Pagespeed insights when it comes to problem with eliminate render-blocking resources? Also, can it help when I have Cumulative Layout Shift 0,521 on desktop?
