Wordpress LScache Plugin: GTmetrix speed problem

With LiteSpeed plugin: Performance 90% Structure 97% Largest Contentful Paint 543ms Total Blocking Time 294ms Cumulative Layout Shift 0 With WP Rocket: Performance 95% Structure 98% Largest Contentful Paint 674ms Total Blocking Time 90ms Cumulative Layout Shift 0.76 So not need CDN, with other plugin is less blocking time.
