Wordpress LScache Plugin: GTMetrix pagespeed and Yslow score came down

Plugin is good because we are on A2 hosting with LitSpeed server, hence we able to enable it in server site. The issue is we have test each features separately and its take too much time. Also GTMetrix pagespeed and Yslow score came down but loading speed increased. We migrated form WP Rocket Any solution to provide?
