Wordpress LScache Plugin: Front page cache wont clear
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 I have a fresh installation with Twenty Twenty, LiteSpeed is the only plugin installed. The frontpage is cached in a way that cant be cleared. 1. The admin bar does not show up on the frontpage, even though Im logged in 2. The frontpage renders html thats out of date 3. Its not browser cache, tested in two fresh browsers with no cache history. They also display the old cached version of the frontpage. Purge All does not fix it. Nor does disabling cache in the LiteSpeed plugin. However, disabling the LiteSpeed plugin does fix it. What could cause this? Thanks in advance! Hi, When disabling LSCWP , it does purge all the same way as you click on that. I just set up a WP 5.3 but could not reproduce the issue. Could you please check the HTTP response header when you logged in ? and also HTML source code between login and logout page ? in particular at the bottom of page there should be a timestamp indicates when this cache is generated. Also if you reset LSCWP to default setting , does it work ? Best regards, I got same issue. Probably after last update (6 days ago). Purge all not working on main page. Disabling plugin help me. I will try soon with default settings. Ok. After 5 hours of testing I cant say that problem is fixed, but no issues for now? Default settings helped me. The funny part: main settings and cache settings I always had in same configuration as default. The problem occurred through mine Optimize settings. Hi, Please do let us know if that re-occurs. Though I feel options in optimize tab should not cause this , maybe object cache if you have it ? Best regards,
