If you have any types of fonts set up on your website then if you use the page optimisation option Load Inline JS it will break. No matter what you use for that setting other than default, then some of the set fonts in your site will not work. It will be whatever default font the browser has, or the fall back. Ive checked it does not matter whether you have a font-display optimisation setting under the CSS area. I have set js combine on CSS combine off J query is excluded of course as it always needs to be Also the things things are specially stuffed up on tablets if you use any of those options the fonts will not work What I mean is, if I turn font-display optimisation setting off then even so the Android table t will not load the font correctly So you should never use the Load Inline JS option at all I think. Hi, If your font is loaded by inline JS , then if you defer it , it could affect the way it loads. Best regards, yeah maybe, I dont know. But my fonts are all set in CSS in my own class. Anyway nothing works on tablets Hi, If you reset to default, and only enable load inline JS , how does it go ? Best regards, The way it must work is Font Display Optimization Default Load Inline JS Default I would like to know how to defer so I can improve 1st paint speed. Now I have everything working. But FFont Display Optimization Default Load Inline JS Default I use google fonts, it already has a async call I use fontawesome in many plugins I cant control its calls so would the Font Display Optimization help the fontawesome calls? How can I use it and not break fonts? After further investigation, with Font Display Optimization Default Load Inline JS Default there are errors. Using google fonts, it already has a async call = swap Using Load Google Fonts Asynchronously On or Off Remove Google Fonts Off There are random pages where the Google Fonts do not replace the default font after load. Even clearing cache and reload that page, doesnt work. Hi, You only enable these , didnt enable anything else ? Best regards,
