Wordpress LScache Plugin: Failed to retrieve original image

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Please help me with these issues, Im new to LSCache, I noticed that my images are not being optimized automatically. When I reached the Quic.cloud dashboard, I had about 4500 error notifications of these errors: 1. Failed to notify WP to pick up optimized images Unable to notify WordPress to pick up images. Check QUIC.cloud IPs are whitelisted at the firewall. 2. Failed to retrieve original image Image md5sum does not match has changed since the original optimization request on node md5sum does not match. Please guide me to resolve these. Report number: TNTSKCHZ Report date: 09/04/2020 17:20:14 Hi, Could you please re-send a report again like you did before ? and also please please click clean up unfinished data and re-send again. Best regards, Report number: TPJWJZYG Report date: 09/05/2020 11:15:35 update after you advised me to clean up unfinished data, i did so and all the images were optimized and pulled automatically however now a critical css cron job has been waiting in the queue for almost 1 day and not progressing ahead Please help me figure out the issue with my setup. Im not sure why quic.cloud is not able to communicate with server. Ive whitelisted them all. My problem with image optimization was that, the images do get optimized and pulled but only partially like if the requested image optimization count is 200, only 40 would get optimized and pulled and rest would get stuck up in unfinished data for days together. If you notice in my report, i have only 519 images to be optimized but my fast queue usage count has reached 4091. Thats because the auto cron was on and the request just kept stacked up in unfinished data. Hi, for both of your issues, please create a ticket here , we will investigate it further. Best regards, Ticket Created #836794
