Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi there, Grtting this error: Failed to retrieve image for optimization https://postimg.cc/vcjRsRG9 Report number: DEFPCRUX Report date: 04/06/2021 18:22:05 Would love to fix that Thank you. The page I need help with: http://www.mynature4k.com Hi, I am seeing occasional timeout when notify it please make sure you have whitelisted our IPs https://quic.cloud/ips Best regards, Hey that is strange, as IPs was whitelisted since beginning. And I see no other place where I can see it blocking. https://postimg.cc/4Hdx9NTx Cheers Hi, no , not on QC dashboard, but your origin server Best regards, Hi, I did disable ModSecurity on the server, could this help troubleshooting? Thank you. Hi, it might , I dont know what was blocking it from your origin but if its occasional block , I would think firewall with some kind of rate-throttle for some sensitive firewall , when doing image optimization it fires a lot of requests in short time , which may look like a DDoS attack to firewall and cause the block. Best regards, Hi, After disabling ModSecurity there is no more error messages till now. But, the speed test results is still the same as before I started to use UQIC.cloud. Mobile results are only around 40 and desktop around 80. Its telling me about to proper resize images and to use images of the next generation web formats. https://postimg.cc/0KYxrNKW So, I assume that UQIC.cloud is not properly configured? If so, where I should put my attention to? Thank you. Forgot to add, that there some pages that became are really slow and some even timeout? https://postimg.cc/YGC0ZZ0D Hi, image load failed, please verify Best regards, Hi, Im going to mark this topic Resolved , due to lack of activity. If you still need help, please feel free to re-open it. When re-open it, please also change the topic status to not solved Best regards,
