Wordpress LScache Plugin: Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: Unknown error: Fail to process

Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, whitelist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.: Please help i am using a Ubuntu VPS I disabled all the plugins and then again applied for domain key. got below message Applied for Domain Key successfully. Please wait for result. Please make sure there is no firewall blocking our servers. Response code: 401 with all plugins disabled I got this same problem?
