Wordpress LScache Plugin: Exclude download_file for digital products

Our customers have to access in incognito mode in orger to get access to the download, otherwise it is not possible We applied these exclusions to LiteSpeed Cache: https://a.cl.ly/OAugXb5P and https://a.cl.ly/nOulx8G0 After payment we send an email with URL to download. The download URL are like this one: https://mywebsite.com/?download_file=xxxxx&order=wc_order_xxxxxxxxxxxx&email=xxxxxxxxxx%40hotmail.com&key=xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxx This is a direct URL which does not requiere login. Recently my customers are reporting a common issue: They click the URL, then the browser opens, but then it just shows a black screen and the download does not start. However, the downloads counter in Woocommerce shows that the product was downloades but it is not true. How we temporary solve this? We ask to our customers to download in incognito mode. And it works. Could you please help us to solve the issue?
