Wordpress LScache Plugin: Exclude Buddypress from cache

Things like users profile, editing profile page, everything related to buddypress basically. I have a problem where any time a user makes changes to their profile it doesnt appear that anything happened, for example, uploading a new avatar will not show the avatar, it will still look blank or display the old one unless I purge the cache manually. I cannot do this every time a user wants to make changes to their profile. Please let me know if theres any way to use litespeed with buddypress, thanks!
