Wordpress LScache Plugin: Error when request domain key
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, Ive recently set up my server to use Litespeed and set up the Litespeed Cache on my site. Now Im looking to start using the QUIC CDN, but Im getting the following error when trying to get a domain key: There was a problem with retrieving your Domain Key. Please click the Waiting for Approval button to retry. There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain:: 1) The POST callback to https://zinmanga.club/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token failed. 2) Our Current Online Server IPs was not whitelisted. Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, whitelist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.: Ive whitelisted all of the server IPs to Webadmin and Cloudflare and try with other domain in my server (default theme and no plugin active) but still get same error message. Hi, if you open this URL in your browser https://zinmanga.club/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token it says 401 error as it is restricted to login user only , you will need to disable this restriction in order for QC server to be able to communicate with your site Best regards, @CacheCrawler , How can we disable this 401 restriction in order for QC server to be able to communicate with our site well , thats exactly what bugs me as well , with no apparent reason please create a ticket by mail to support at litespeedtech.com we will investigate it further
