Wordpress LScache Plugin: Error in Google Search Console with 4.0

I looked through different forums (the AMP plugin of course to see if something happened when they did their last release) and found this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/there-are-scripts-in-the-page-using-different-release-versions-2/ and that it has something to do with cache plugins changing the order of scripts. I assume this has to do with some of my settings in the plugin, but do you have any advice to workaround this without downloading the helper plugin they refer to in https://wordpress.org/support/topic/there-are-scripts-in-the-page-using-different-release-versions-2/? Can you give a screenshot? Also, please try latest dev version. There is an AMP improvement in it.
