Wordpress LScache Plugin: Email setup for SPF issue with CDN
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 HI, when I was trying to setup my domains, email setup for SPF, DKIM, DMARC. I was facing issue with SPF for domains IP address as my domain is pointed to quic.cloud CDN. When I tried to contact my host, they told me to point A name records in DNS to hosting IP address but since I am using CNAME for CDN in quic.cloud I dont want to do that. In this case what should I do? to have SPF records passed without any errors for sending mails from within website server? Hi, I dont know much about the E-mail , but from what I understand , it has nothing to do with CDN , as long as your MX , SPF are matched in same host ought do it e.g. this is mail setting for one of my domains MX ? domain.com ? server123.domain.com (last part is my servers hostname where I got the rDNS set to) SPF: v=spf1 +mx +a:server123.domain.com -all (this indicates the mail from this domain should be sent either by the same server as its MX record , or from server123.domain.com ,-all` means mail from all others servers are not valid and should reject) for shared hosting server, you could use the server hostname Best regards, Yes, @CacheCrawler even I was explaining the same to the hosting representative but he was convinced what he was saying was right, so I thought I should rather ask you here.
