Wordpress LScache Plugin: Eliminate render-blocking resources

I get Eliminate render-blocking resources warning on Google pagespeed, what creates the problem is the jquery/jquery.js ( jQuery v1.12.4) My webpage have a subdomain, using the same plugin and all updated, there is NO problem! All help will be welcomed. Hi, There is an option exclude jquery , default ON , you can try set it OFF then try again , but also check nothing is broken.
