Wordpress LScache Plugin: Elementor problem and high cpu usage

First from elementor if js/css combine/minify active (from my testing, not sure though), I got 503 on elementor frontend editor. then when Litespeed cache activated, my site goes so slow to respond and become interactive (no issue like this before). For now I deactivated lscache and using wprocket, and my site working normally. no error 503 on elementor or high cpu usage. Hi, If you disable JS/CSS combine/minify , you wont hit the 503 error ? and could you please check if there is any PHP error log ? if you have server access, please check stderr.log file as well.
