Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Elementor is showing this screen when Litespeed Cache is active. https://cl.ly/25e932 Learn more link leads to here- https://docs.elementor.com/article/245-preview-could-not-be-loaded?utm_source=editor-panel&utm_medium=wp-dash&utm_campaign=learn LiteSpeed Report Number Report number: TMWLEFFI Report date: 09/26/2019 13:06:17 Same problem here, Report Number YLCLZOXN Hi @cb4x21 and @arnab0207, may I know the steps for reproducing the error? Ive tested with the latest version of Elementor but not found. Also, can you show me the message after clicking: Click here for preview debug? Thanks! So far it only happened with my homepage. I go to pages, click on edit with elementor and the error appears. I deactivated the LT Cache and the error disappeared. Hi @cb4x21, can you see the link Click here for preview debug, can you send us the error message inside? There is no error message in preview debug. I can only see the title of the page and nothing else. I am getting this- Constant WP_CACHE already defined https://cl.ly/7291c3 I can share access to my site if you want. Let me know a secure way to share it @arnab0207, please join our Slack channel or submit a ticket here for helping us to reproduce the bug, thanks! Hi @stanleylitespeed this is your profile in slack right? https://app.slack.com/client/T3RDNH89L/DNULBUC4F/user_profile/UC6RL8BH6 Yes @arnab0207. The error isnt solved? @cb4x21 I marked it resolved because the conversation has moved to Slack. Apologies for any confusion.
