Wordpress LScache Plugin: Domain Key Error

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
I am getting the common error for receiving the domain key. It says waiting for approval and then shows the error below: There was a problem with retrieving your Domain Key. Please click the Waiting for Approval button to retry. There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain:: 1) The POST callback to https://programatically.com/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token failed. 2) Our Current Online Server IPs was not allowlisted. Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, allowlist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.: Now when I go to https://programatically.com/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token link, I get a _res : ok . When I click on Waiting for Approval button, the page reloads but nothing happens. And the Requested date doesnt change either. Report Number: EWMPIWIO Extra Info: ? My website is hosted on Hostinger. ? I have Cloudflare Enabled ? I do have WordFence. Maybe thats whats blocking it. But I tried Deactivating WordFence but it still didnt give me the domain key. ? I have also installed Hide My WP Ghost Lite plugin. The page I need help with: https://programatically.com/ Hi, Did you check if our Current Online Server IPs are not allowlisted? Best regards I can not even find any log of this domain its kind of like your request was never left your server please try create a subdirectory wordpress with LSCWP only , and try from there, see if it works there , this will help to rule out something Hello. I tried to send the logs back again. This is the new Report number: IUGIZTPW. Also, I just now added all the Current Online Server IPs to WordFence allowed IP lists. I dont that made a difference. Im seeing the error. Would I have to confer it with my Hosting providers for whitelisting these IPs as well or not? Also, I dont know how to create a subdirectory WordPress with LSCWP. Do you mean to say I need to create a duplicate of my entire website on a sub-domain or a sub-directory within my web-hosting File Directories? no , just create a new dir , lets say something like test-wp in your webhosting file dir then install a wordpress there with cache plugin and try there. I just did what you asked, giving the same error. I created a Sub-Domain and added the Litespeed cache plugin. I did not have any security plugins, just the basic ones. After requesting for Domain key, it took some time and then showed the same error like the one showing in my actual domain. Did you check this report number I mentioned before? Report number: IUGIZTPW yes, I looked it before, but didnt spot anything unusual please generate me a report from the subsite ?? has the main site changed domain before ? like from dev/stage domain into the live domain that kind of thing ? Okay, so I have submitted the report from my subdomain. Here is the report number: Report number: XJENPQSR Report date: 07/06/2022 13:47:30 Ive never changed the domain, but I have changed my hosting a few times though. This is the first time I have moved to LiteSpeed-supported hosting. this is interesting issue please create a ticket by mail to support at litespeedtech.com with reference link to this topic we will investigate further.
