I can see from the report you are not using LiteSpeed Web Server. You are on Apache. So, that probably explains the issue. The best way to use the caching functions is to get LiteSpeed Web Server. You can also sign up for QUIC.cloud CDN, but its currently in beta, and if youre not comfortable with that, it might not be the right solution for you just yet.
