Wordpress LScache Plugin: Do I need to clear cache every now and then? how do I do so?

Hi, Im testing out Litespeed cache. I was using w3 total cache before. My question is, do I need to clear the cache in litespeed on a regular basis to prevent the disk size & mysql disk usage from getting big? Also, how do you clear the caches. I saw the purge options but the warning on the Empty Entire Cache option kinda makes me wary, ie. this action should only be used if things are cached incorrectly Thanks in advance. Hi, In most situation , you dont need to , well , unless you have an extreme small size of Disk. you can purge it from here as screenshot, https://i.imgur.com/PqoOpXN.jpg Best regards Hi, Arzoo. The great thing about LSCache is that you can set a long TTL for most of your content, and the plugin will know when a page needs to be purged. For example, if you update a post, LSCache knows to purge that post from the cache along with the category and tag archives related to that post. You can configure this behavior under LiteSpeed Cache > Settings > Purge. So, it really isnt necessary to purge the cache manually, unless you have some kind of special situation, or like qtwrk said, very limited disk space. As far as that purge warning, if you choose to purge the cache from that page, you would want to use the Purge All button, not the Empty Entire Cache button. That second button applies to all LSCache-enabled apps on your server, not just WordPress. So, if you have a blog, an ecommerce site, and a forum, and they are all using LSCache, that button will purge the cache for all of those sites. Let us know if you have any more questions!
