Wordpress LScache Plugin: Disabeling LS, doesnt clear .htaccess
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 So on several sites Ive tried this and Ive set up the cache, object cache etc. All good in the htaccess. But sometimes the site breaks and I need a fast way to check whats wrong. So I disbale litespeed cache plugin. However, there are loads of traces (mainly browser cache) kept in the htaccess file so I have to remove it manually. Is this supposed to be like this? Hi, No , it is not supposed to be like that I just tested and seems working. May I know how did you disable it ? like deactivate it in plugin page ? because I did that and Expire directives were removed as well. Also please make sure the LSCWP marker are still present , LSCWP uses these markers to determinate the directives introduced by it . Best regards,
