Wordpress LScache Plugin: Different theme for mobile
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, I have just switched to Litespeed cache from W3tc. Everything is very good, just one thing I am using with W3tc that I could not find in litespeed cache is using a separated theme for mobile devices. Anyone have the solution for this? Thank you. Hi, The cache setting, there is an option called Cache Mobile , please enable it. Best regards, Hi @CacheCrawler, I saw that option but its not exact as my question. I would like to have the function that redirect mobile users to the mobile theme (w3tc support the redirect function to mobile theme) Thanks, Hi, You mean your desktop page and mobile page are showing different URL or something ? Best regards, Hi @CacheCrawler, Its showing the same url but different themes. Thanks, Hi, Then that function should do exactly what you want basically , it works as follow : when user sends request with user-agent , when it shows certain string like Android or Mobile , then it will serve a different page than Desktop view. Best regards, Hi @CacheCrawler, I see what you mean. Yes it does the cache for mobile separately. However, my issue is the theme switcher. Maybe I need to install below plugin together with Litespeed cache https://wordpress.org/plugins/device-theme-switcher/ Thanks, Hi, you mean , you want LSCWP to classify/redirect your visitor to different theme based on their device ? like desktop user ?> LSCWP redirects to ?> theme A and mobile user ?> LSCWP redirects to ?> theme B Best regards, Hi @CacheCrawler, Yes, exactly like that. Is it possible to handle by LSCWP? Thanks Hi, Unfortunately no. LSCWP doesnt not have such function to redirect user to different theme , this should be done by theme itself or other plugin. Best regards, Thanks @CacheCrawler, let me try another for this function. pleasure to help
