Wordpress LScache Plugin: Delete homepage cache every hour
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, Im thinking about migrating one site from another cache plugin to Litespeed, and would like to know if its possible to set it in a way that the home page cache is deleted every hour. Its a small pronunciation dictionary, where each post is a word or expression, but the homepage displays 3 random words, called words of the hour . So I need them to be refreshed every hour. With the other plugin, I had a cronjob that would remove the file for the HP cache at the beginning of the hour, but I noticed that the file location for the Litespeed caching is not as intuitive. Anyway, is there any setting or some other way I could do what I need? Another issue is, the other plugin generated two different caches, one on a HTML file, another on a PHP file. But because of the nature of the homepage, they would show two different sets of the 3 words of the hour. Does Litespeed Cache also works like that? Thank you Hi, you have at least 3 different ways to do so 1. if you know little bit of PHP , you can do a script with code like
LiteCache Rush: Speed comes from using less, not from doing it faster
