Wordpress LScache Plugin: Defer parsing of JavaScript

I didn t enabled Load JS Deferred at all but in GTMetrix result , I have 85 % Defer parsing of JavaScript . I have enabled these features only : JS Minify JS Combine JS HTTP/2 Push Please let me know more about this issue . My issue is that this option is enabled after updating to the latest version of LSCash plugin with out any changes in settings before this update , my Defer parsing of JavaScript was 0 in GTMetrix . I have enabled these features , only ( now and before the new update of LSCash plugin ) : JS Minify JS Combine JS HTTP/2 Push Please let me know about this issue more .
