Wordpress LScache Plugin: Css and js is not loading

The page I need help with: https://issadesignerstudio.com/ You have a huge number of Javascript sources on your page, but the main reason for your issue are the external requests to Javascript and font sources to Facebook and Google. These requests blocks loading and rendering of sources from your own host. Temporary remove such requests to external hosts and try again. The issue i am facing now , is that , when the website load (at first time) it appears broken and then it reload , to appear all design. It would be grateful if you can advised on this part. Remove such sources and everything will work as you expect it. This issue is not caused by the plugin, but it could help if you disable guest mode or/and UCSS.
