Wordpress LScache Plugin: Critical Css not generated
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Dear Litespeed Cache team, LiteSpeed plugin does not want to generate critical Css. I currently have the option generate critical css in the background and it has created a queue for instance: URL list in queue waiting for cron https://nomadicboys.com/about-nomadic-boys https://nomadicboys.com https://nomadicboys.com https://nomadicboys.com/contact-nomadic-boys https://nomadicboys.com/itinerary https://nomadicboys.com/our-influencers-network . When I try to run the queue manually , it returns the error message: Failed to post via WordPress: Please try later . However, very rarely, if I keep on clicking on the button, sometimes it works randomly and it generates CCSS. I also tried to just select the option to generate critical css in the foreground, and it does not work either. I have a debug log file for you, let me know who to send it to. To be clear, all the following options are active: Load CSS Asynchronously Generate Critical CSS Generate Critical CSS In Background Separate CCSS Cache Post Types ( page ) Best regards Sebastien The page I need help with: https://nomadicboys.com Also, the last time ccss was generated was on 20/04/2019, which was when I was playing with it and decided to activate it. I had the same problem when testing but then after clicking a few times on run the queue manually , it did work once. Hi, Please check this wiki Bascially if you set generation in background, once it generated, you will need to purge the page cache , to generate new page cache to insert the rule. Best regards, Thank you, but as I explained in my first post, even when the option to create ccss in the foreground is selected, ccss does not seem to be generated, FOUC still happens after visiting the page more than once, why is this?
