Wordpress LScache Plugin: Crawler not working for mobile pages
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, I am encountering issues with crawler for mobile pages. It is not for responsive pages but separate layouts for mobile based on user agent. When a user opens website from mobile, cache is properly generated and for another person is served from cache respecting mobile layout. However when I run crawler it generates cache for mobile but it looks like it is for desktop. I have properly configured the settings and enabled cache for mobile there. Seems that it is crawler issue. Does crawler support generating mobile layouts? I guess it should. Thanks! Hi, If Cache Mobile is enabled and the List of Mobile User Agents is populated with valid agents, the crawler should pre-cache desktop and mobile pages correctly, because the page layout is not decided by the crawler but rather by the PHP page creation rules. The crawler only acts as if it were the first viewer of the mobile page. So, I would have the mobile page cached without the crawler and see if the layout is correct. If the mobile page is indeed cached with the correct layout without the crawler, please provide the debug log showing how the crawler handled the mobile page caching. Thank you. Hi, yes it is enabled and user agents list is default Litespeed list after install. I cached the mobile page without crawler and it looks good. Then i cleared cache, ran the crawler and it cached it like its a desktop layout. With the debug.log you mean WP debig log? I have activated it and found below entries multiple times present in the log with different timestamps: [20-May-2021 21:05:19 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: src in WEBSITEPATH wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/src/optimize.cls.php on line 421 [20-May-2021 21:05:19 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: src in WEBSITEPATH wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/src/optimize.cls.php on line 1181 Im told that this is a known issue and its already fixed in the latest version. If your current version is 3.6.4, please update it to the latest version of LSCache plugin. Regards. Oh thats good that its already known problem. Yes I am running on 3.6.4 version and it seems to be the latest one. Do you know when the version with fix will be available? Hi, The latest version is V.4.1-rc12.
