Wordpress LScache Plugin: Constant purging every hour!
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Any idea why Litespeed keeps purging all the cache every hour? None of the settings suggest a 3600 sec purge. Have tried turning off all plugins but the problem still seems to exist. Turned on Debug logging but dont fully understand the output results. No The problem only seemed to exist after updating to version 4.3. Have now rolled back to version 3.6.4 on this site and the cache is now working as expected again! Hopefully that gives a clue? Regards sadly no really in your previous log , you will [=CLI=dawnsite 1 wsZ] , this means that purge was happened with WP CLI with a user dawnsite , and then in your last log , ??GET HTTP/1.1 (HTTPS) /wp-admin/admin.php ? page=litespeed-cache&LSCWP_CTRL=purge&LSCWP_NONCE=31d? this looks like a manual purge they are different event. Yes it was, thats why I didnt include it originally?to prevent confusion. Now youre telling me something that I already know. Whats that got to do with my question? Any idea why Litespeed keeps purging all the cache every hour? thats what I have been trying to figure out [=CLI=dawnsite 1 wsZ] , this log is incomplete you provided 2 different logs , one is by browser in wp-admin , one is from the WP CLI initiated request. also check the debug.purge.log , see if it contains anything.
