Wordpress LScache Plugin: Conflict with Jetpack Stats?
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 My Jetpack Stats is not updating since 30 Mar which is the day Ive updated LS Cache to v4.6. You may check out this support thread of Jetpack. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-stats-no-longer-updating/#post-15519233 Same problem. How to solve it ? Hi, please provide the report number you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click send to LiteSpeed best regards, I sent a report to litecache support Report number: JQYCOWSC Report date: 04/05/2022 18:26:39 Any update on this issue? No update on my side. I revert to the previous version on listespeed cache plugin? what if you try to add wp.com into both defer JS exclude and JS exclude field and purge all ? Unfortunately that didnt work. Since the end of March, no stats generated from Jetpack. Google Analytics and WP Popular Posts works fine though. hi i have the same problem. a few stats or no stats on WP since April 1st (ha ha?no joke) but Google Analytics is fine. if i totally disable LS cache then stats start to appear (still seems low but it could be right) i have tried disabling all the JS and CSS options pretty much and none of that resolves the problem at all. jetpack try to fob you off by saying you should include logged in user and you might have forgotten about robots?ignore that (but do enable logged in users just in case?its in the wp stats regular config) so i came to this thread to see if an EXCLUDE could be added somewhere?apparently not! you can also try to install a ROLLBACK plugin. Perversely this enables you to upgrade jetpack to newer beta or alpha release. I briefly tried that but i dont think it worked. Finally someone on my other thread suggested using AMP transitional mode, I did but i dont think that helps (although transitional and full aMP are significantly faster under gtmetrix?nice find but for another thread!) to be clear: for me with LS cache disabled I get wp stats. and i always get GA stats correctly. any news ? no solution 1. rollback litespeed to previous version. this fixes problem going forward. 2. i have logged the bug 3. jetpack staff CAN retrospectively sync your stats somehow, i think, if you have a GA account. You know if a fix is planned ? Jetpack is one of the most used wp extensions. I think it is important to have a compatibility with this extension. Ive resolved this issue by turning localize resources option off. Turns out, the feature is pretty broken. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/localise-resources-feature-is-broken/ https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-with-localize-resources-option/ https://github.com/litespeedtech/lscache_wp/issues/462 When I disabled this, jetpack is able to provide the stats immediately. It also fixed my twitter widget issues.
