Wordpress LScache Plugin: Configuration changes are not saved

Please refresh the page to complete the configuration data update permanently. I already did tests reinstalling the plugin or enabling and disabling the WordPress cache from cpanel, but the problem continues, the changes are not saved and the default plugin configuration is maintained please check this page Thank you very much, it worked.
