Wordpress LScache Plugin: Compatibility between Cloudfront and Litespeed
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi there, we occurred an issue during the use of Cloudfront with Litespeed. Is there some compatibility issue? For example, in our case updating a single page the cache was been erased for that page. But cleaning all the cache, the Cloudfront CDN continued to serve old pages. We had to disable the cache from Cloudfront and reable it to see the new pages. Another thing that Id like to ask was about the HTML pages. We selected a list of files by format in Litespeed Cache options. But it seems that Cloudfront caches also the HTML pages. Why it happens? How to avoid that Cloudfront caches also the static pages? Hi, that should be a question to CloudFront support from our side , we only suggest to use CloudFront as CDN for static requests with separated CDN subdomain , like e.g. cdn.domain.com but not as full page cache LSCWP only purges its own cache , but it will not be able to purge all other cache system Best regards, Our hosting manager installed Cloudfront to us with Litespeed and it works well. But I dont know why it seems that Cloudfront is caching also the static pages, also if we specified some file formats on Litespeed cache page. If I understood well you cant help me in this case, but I have to contact directly the Cloudfront support. Ill do it!
