Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cloudflare Plugin Recommends Turn LiteSpeed Plugin to Off, So Need the Latter?

We spent a lot of time configuring the LiteSpeed Cache WordPress plugin for our website. However, we are using WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache and it advises to turn the cache function of LiteSpeed to off. We have done that. Now LiteSpeed plugin states: WARNING: LSCache caching functions on this page are currently unavailable! Please enable LiteSpeed Cache in the plugin settings. 1. Will it negatively affect our site in any way if we turn LiteSpeed cache off? 2. If we are turning LiteSpeeds cache to off, is there any need for us to keep the LiteSpeed Cache WordPress plugin? Or are there any functions that the plugin will still have that are beneficial for us? Thanks a million. Im grateful for your assistance. So do you know why it might not be running please? b) What does the optimization feature do please?
