Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cloud Error: Please try after 4m 58s for service lqip
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hello, Since the upgrade to v3 Ive been struggling to get any response from the LiteSpeed servers other than the rate limiting one quoted in the post title. For one site, I have 100 images in my LQIP queue, which have been sitting there since the start of May. I have disabled WP cron and instead run it as a half-hourly cron job, so I dont believe my sites are making an unreasonable number of requests. If I try to force the cron, I just get the rate limiting error again and we move no further forward (just one image was converted last time I tried). Looking in my QUIC.cloud account, I can see that Ive barely used any requests at all over the past month so it feels like Im being unfairly punished here. I have about 10 sites in my QUIC.cloud account all running on a shared server with the same IP so I imagine other sites on the same IP are hogging the resources. I cant imagine that your dev team didnt consider this to be a likely scenario for many of your customers, so is there a workaround to this issue? Is there any way to simply go back to running these processes on the local server? I just want to have the optimised assets available, I dont particularly care how we go about creating them. Thanks for your help! We are aware of this issue. I will work on it and give a fix. Thanks for your feedback. BTW, there is no limitation or punishment for multi domain under single IP. Thank you, @hailite. Good to hear youre working on it. So do you mean it is not an IP rate limiting issue? Correct. Its an issue on my side. I will give the fix today. Hi the fix is in commit v3.2.1-rc2. Excellent! Thanks @hailite for the props in the release notes
