Wordpress LScache Plugin: Change is not reflected

Or when I try to leave the group Leave button stays same. I cannot find the related setting for hours. But I think, maybe the problem is that when I use the LSCache, the page triggers itself to reload prematurely. So the user cannot see the change in the page structure.
