Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cart Not Updating ? Litespeed Causing the issue
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Team, I have detected caching problem with lightspeed which is breaking the cart on my website. I have followed instructions of excluding cart, checkout and my account pages along with exclusion of woocommerce session cookies however the problem does not go away unless and until litespeed plugin is disabled. The issue was flagged with the theme support https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/urgent-cart-not-updating-cache-cdn-extra-plugins-disabled/ and they confirmed that the litespeed is the culprit this time. Video of the problem is here: https://gyazo.com/01316c1df518c0383460a5a00bf3b208 (when litespeed was active) Video of the solved issue is here: https://monosnap.com/file/SpsN7zEOiTscjRbxxNcn1McvWwf06Z (when litespeed was disabled) I had re-enabled the plugin after testing and the problem returned right after re-activation. The page I need help with: https://durvient.com/ please provide the report number you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click send to LiteSpeed Report number: KQZMEDHW Report date: 08/12/2022 04:10:46 I am turning litespeed plugin off as it has again started messing with the cart. please check what is the HTTP response header you see in cart page HTTP response header uploaded on this link: Screenshot hmmm? I mean the header when you have LSCWP enabled Apologies for the confusion, I have attached new screenshot on below link: https://snipboard.io/3e5mBV.jpg Please note that there was a LSCWP plugin update, the update was installed and despite that the cart is misbehaving. this is very weird please try reset to default setting by toolbox -> import/export, see how it goes Thank you @CacheCrawler, resetting worked, the cart is no longer caching up. I will still monitor and observe just in case the problem resurfaces. @CacheCrawler looks like the bug has returned, the website once again started acting up, caching pages which are not needed and causing critical error on the checkouts as multiple customers reported. The problem disappears as soon as the litespeed plugin is disabled.
