Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, whitelist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.: I checked plugins, .htaccess and whitelisted IPs. Could you help me? Hi, please try this 1. go to toolbox -> debug setting -> enable debug to ALL , set log level to advance , then in debug include URI , add litespeed/v1/ into that field 2. now refresh/request the domain key again 3. wait for , like 5 , 10 minutes later, now go back to toolbox -> log viewer , then please share what it shows Best regards, Hello, thank you for reply. my changes are not saved after yesterday I enabled setting Disable all features . Now cant disable Disable all features or any other setting. Changes are not saving. I refreshed/requested the domain key. But Log is empty. Now I have: Disable All Features : OFF Debug Log : ON Debug Level : Advanced Debug URI Includes : /litespeed/v1/ after you have set up the debug setting , go to request domain key again. I did it. Could you look at this page in Chrome https://tradetracker.com/jobs/ I dont minify or compress any files now, moreover I Disabled All Features. Whats going on? once you reset the setting from database , it will be the default setting you dont see any log shows up after you request it again ? How can I reset the settings from DB? the guide I provided in other topic you made hm, ok. Ill try it tomorrow morning, because its too late now for these actions if something goes wrong. And my Log is still empty
