Wordpress LScache Plugin: Can LiteSpeed Web Server be installed on a standar hostng?

We have our website on a standard hosting https://www.hostpoint.ch/en/webhosting/webhosting.html and would like to know if its possible to install the LiteSpeed Web Server Free Starter License on such a website hosting. However, it cannot be installed on Shared Hosting. It looks like they do provide SSH access on the hosting, but I am not sure if they will provide root access too.
