Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cached versions of pages is not available after 30 minutes

Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02
Report number: ALVVWNWO Hi! Im new to all this and i cant figure out why the cached pages of my site disappear after 20 ? 30 minutes. Initially in Chrome console i see a message saying: status: 200 vary: Accept-Encoding x-litespeed-cache: miss x-litespeed-cache-control: public,max-age=604800 x-litespeed-tag: d39_post,d39_URL.caac1c8ad56802396a959abba674bdf0,d39_Po.20625,d39_ x-pingback: https://trinets.lv/xmlrpc.php x-powered-by: PleskLin After i reload the page again i see x-litespeed-cache: hit message and i can load the cached page from various devices so it seems to be working. However after some 20 or 30 minutes have passed, all the cached pages have disappeared and a page visit generates a new cache. I have my Public TTL set to 7 days. What could be the problem here, why cached pages doesnt stay for longer? The page I need help with: https://trinets.lv Hi, Please check this wiki Best regards, Hi! Thanks for the link! I did some testing according to the wiki but with no success. I disabled all of the autopurge rules but the pages still got purged after about 30 minutes. I checked the advanced debug log but i didnt see any X-LiteSpeed-Purge tags. It seems that purge is not caused by any particular visited page but rather something else is at fault here. Do you have any other ideas what could be the problem here? Hi, If you dont see any x-litespeed-purge header , then only possible reason I can think of that the cache files are removed , that will result same as purge all. Best regards, Thanks, ill check with my hosting provider to see if they delete these files. Also, could it be a conflict between LSCache and some other optimization plugin? I have removed all the other optimization plugins, however with the file manager i can see that different files from these plugins still have been left behind. Hi, It is possible that some other plugin would trigger LSCWP to do purge all But for whatever purge it performed , it should be logged into /wp-content/debug.purge.log Please try enable advance debug log to ALL IP , then wait for some times and check /wp-content/debug.purge.log , see if you can get anything from it. Best regards, Hi, the only log i see in the debug.purge.log is the one i perform manually. But i still dont see any entry about purged pages after these 30 ? 40 minutes have passed and the cached pages are no longer available. I also checked the .htaccess file and saw data related to another optimization plugin Hummingbird, which i had before LSCWP and is deletd for some time now. I deleted these entries and checked the Response headers in Chrome ? the header cache-control: public, max-age=0 , which was previously present, was no longer visible. Im now checking with my hosting provider, but they say they dont delete any cache from their side, so the problem should be somewhere else. I would like to ask two more questions: 1. I have multiple .htaccess_lscachebak_ files ranging from 01 to 09, and also an .htaccess_lscachebak_orig file, .htaccess.bk and lscachebak.zip file. They also include entries about Hummingbird. Can these be deleted manually? I guess these are backup files? 2. Is there a way how i can delete any left behind files and entries from other plugins which are no longer used and have been deleted? Should i use the Empty entire cache option in LSCWP plugin? 3. My homepage/front page doesnt have x-litespeed-cache-control and x-litespeed-tag headers, that other pages do have. Is this normal, should it be this way? The 3rd point doesnt always apply to homepage ? it can any page at different times that doesnt include the cache-control and tag headers. Hi, 1. yes , they can be safely delete, but better to keep one as backup. 2. I am not sure about that , as you can understand , we can only guarantee the clean removal of our plugin , but not others. No , empty cache is only for cache , not related to other plugins. 3. no , it should not be normal , maybe you have something else that interfered. tag header is OK to miss , when page is cached , it will be hidden , but x-litespeed-cache: should always be present , either its hit or miss or no-cache. Do you have a way to reproduce the issue ? if you can reproduce it , then it would be much easier to debug. Best regards,
