Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cached pdf files do not open in browsers
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 I noticed bigger documents eg. pdfs, linked from the media store, do not open in browsers but downloaded. It helped when I excluded the pdf type from caching. I there a way to include pdfs into the cache but allow them to open in the browser? Hi, I dont think PDF are being cached anyway you can verify it by response header , and from my limited knowledge, it is browser to decide either open/read it or download it , isnt it ?
