Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cache not being cleared after updates
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 I have a couple of sites which get completely messed up whenever updates are installed, and I have to login and manually clear the litespeed cache. I do have the otpion enabled to automatically clear the cache wheneve rupdates are installed, but it obviously isnt working. Is there any solution this issue? Hi, Could you please specify messed up ? what exactly is the symptom ? Best regards, I have the same problem. Whenever a automated update happens (Plesk) the sites are messed up. I have to log in manually and clear the cache. CSS is not loading correct. I reset all options and reconfigured every site. And I disabled auto updates for now? Hi, Could you please check if cache setting ?> Purge ?> there is a option called Purge Stale , is it ON or OFF ? if it is OFF, then please change it to ON then see how it goes. Best regards, yes it is already on Hi, Could you please verify by HTTP header to see if it shows hit or miss ? and May I know what is your webserver? Best regards, how do I do that? It is litespeed webserver, thus why am using lscache. Hi, When you open your browser, press F12 , then it will pop out a windows , then enter your site , in the pop out window , go to Nework , hit the first request , as my screenshot https://i.imgur.com/DcR2pwW.png check if you still see x-litespeed-cache: hit after you update. Best regards,
LiteCache Rush: Speed comes from using less, not from doing it faster
